All right, time for some seriousness

Though this post may seem a bit "ignorant" to some because I just watched this film and have done only minimal research, I still feel very strongly about it.

The film is called Zeitgeist. It's a Documentary based upon very controversial issues in the world today. The first part focusing on religion, the second on 9/11, and the third on the U.S. government. Now, recently I haven't considered myself a believer in organized religion in the slightest, and the first part pretty much sums up why. There are a few discrepencies between the statements in the film and actual facts, though, so it isn't entirely accurate, but I do suggest to keep an extremely open mind when watching it.

Of course the conspiracies behind 9/11 are never ending and a lot of them are seriously out there, but the ones talked about in this movie are...staggering. It literally left me speechless. I have never believed in any of the conspiracies surrounding September 11th, but it's hard not to at least consider the possibilites with all the evidence they have. Again, keep a very, very open mind.

And the third, probably the one that got me the most riled up. Especially towards the end, I could hardly contain my emotions. It was unbelievable the amount of evidence they had to this only recently heard of "One World Government." It's horrifying of what could happen to our world as a whole.

I really want you guys to watch this movie, even believing what you do now. Please. It is important to at least hear another side of the story without relying on the news to give you your "facts." Question everything, even this film!

I warn you- it is 2 hours long so make sure you have enough time to devote to watching it because you have to watch it in one sitting.

When you're finished watching it, Google search 'REX84', 'homegrown terrorist act', and 'PDD51', and read up on those. It will freak you out.

If you want to leave comments or call me about how you disagree or agree, please do, but don't criticize me for having my opinions, especially if they differ from your own.

P.S. I just want to add that I am in no way considering myself a conspiracy theorist. There is only some evidence in this film and who is to say that it is credible. It is an interesting thought though, to worry about your country and your people. The whole point of Zeitgeist is to get people to not think of themselves as just one person, but as a whole unit. As a people, we can stop corruption. I believe it. I believe in mankind and that at the right moment we will come together and unite against whatever is out there. I want more people to think like that. Are you with me?

I think you are right about believing and worrying in the country and the world as a whole, Cork. That is a very good point. Because if one fails, and another one fails and so on, then we will all fail as one in the end.

I've never heard of that movie, but after reading your post I'll definitely make a point to watch it this weekend and post my reactions to it. Thanks for the recommendation, Cork, I love it that you're interested in politics :)
    Love you!!
