Figured I should update since some people (*COUGH*mom*COUGH*) seem to think I don't have a computer. IN FACT I DO.
I haven't been up to a whole hell of a lot lately. I've been reading...slowly of course. I was so excited to get through New Moon that I think I kinda wore myself out which is why it's taken me a lot longer to finish Eclipse than I would have liked. I'm about halfway through it now, though.
I found out some news that pissed Ashlee and I off-- I'm sure Andi has heard, too. Harry Potter has been pushed back to NEXT JULY (the seventeenth) instead of coming out this November. Why? Because the company wanted more dollah dollah bill. They figure with a summe release more kids will be inclined to see it multiple times in the theatre instead of a fall release where they, supposedly, would not do this. I say, that's a bunch of malarky. Since when did the time of year prohibit someone to go see a movie they obsess over? It certainly doesn't for me!
The other news is that the Twilight movie was pushed FORWARD =D Yaaayy! So instead of December, we'll get it November 21st! I would normally say that I'd prefer Harry Potter over Twilight, but it's my current obsession right now. And...truthfully, I'm still not ready to let Harry Potter go. He's been apart of my life over 10 years!! The sooner the 6th movie comes out, the sooner the 7th will and, more importantly, the sooner all things Harry Potter will be finished. I'm just not ready for that!! So while I'm pissed about the movie being pushed back, I still have Twilight to look forward to =D
Okay, so there's my update! I'm going to go continue reading now! Have a good week guys!

Teal'c: Appearances may be deceiving
Jack: One man's ceiling is another
man's floor.
Daniel: A fool's paradise is a wise man's hell.
Jack: ....Never run with scissors..?

I actually hadn't heard that HP news!!! WHAT?!?! That f*cking sucks! Or DOES IT? Think about it--maybe at that time next year ya'll will be in Scotland and we could all go see it together, just like old time! AND it will be in the UK, which will be even more fun!!
Stick that in your back pocket.

Oh, almost forgot. J.K. Rowling is coming out with a new HP-related book in December--"The Tales of the Beedle and the Bard"!
So YAY!!

I like your positive attitude about the HP movie. Good positive thinking. But it still sucks, what?
I also loved your choice of SG-1 quote material. It's always been one of my faves. I'm still trying to figure a way to use this one, though, from "Seth:"
CARTER: So Daniel, you feel pretty certain that if we get caught, he’ll turn us into one of those zombies rather than kill us?
DANIEL: Well we’re more valuable to him that way.
CARTER: Why? How do you think he’ll use us?
DANIEL: Well historically he used women as a harem. They catered to his every whim and as a result they were well-cared for.
CARTER: Super.
DANIEL: And the men outside the main court were used mostly as warrior and guards, protecting his compound, pretty much doing his bidding.
O’NEILL: Dare I ask about the men inside the compound?
DANIEL: They were turned into eunuchs.
O’NEILL: Eunuchs as in, snippety-do-dah? Sweet.
